Can I change plans mid-season?

Yes. If your circumstances change — an extended stay, a rental booking, or an approaching storm — we can adjust your coverage level with reasonable notice. We'd rather be flexible than leave your property under-watched.

What happens if something is found during a visit?

You'll hear from us the same day, with photographs and a clear description of what we found. If the situation requires a contractor, we coordinate access and keep you informed at every step.

Are your reports accepted by insurance companies?

Our documented visit logs and photo reports are designed to meet the requirements of most homeowner insurance policies that require regular property inspections. We recommend confirming specifics with your insurer.

Do you serve all of the Hamptons?

We serve the full East End of Long Island, including East Hampton, Southampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, Montauk, and the North Fork. Contact us if you're unsure whether your property falls within our service area.
